Each earring features a 6mm round stone with 3 3mm round stones on the drops. These stones have an opalescent type of color that changes as movement catches the light. They are stunning. These are completely handmade with heavy wall bezels. Very lightweight and all jumprings soldered closed
About the Artist
Tina Vasquez
I was beading intricate jewelry in elementary school and sewing since age six. I love to carve wax as it is a creative outlet for designs I can see in my mind. My inspiration comes from nature, buildings and designs on fabric as well as Celtic, nature symbols and planetary symbols. I usually start with a design in my mind’s eye and pair it with the perfect stone. Either I will carve wax or fabricate it in Argentium Silver or gold. I prefer to set my stones bezel or flush so as not to catch on hair or clothing as prongs do. My hopes are to produce my daughter's doodles into jewelry. Those are in the works once I can get back to the bench.
