I had a stroke in the early 2000s, which resulted in Aphasia and impacted the right side of my body. A fellow stroke survivor introduced me to pottery, a craft I've been dedicated to since the mid-2000s. Initially, I turned to pottery to enhance my right hand's dexterity, discovering not only physical improvement but also the profound satisfaction of transforming a simple lump of clay into something both beautiful and functional.
