Troy Dahnke
Troy Dahnke discovered pottery as part of recovery after a stroke in the early 2000s that affected speech and mobility. Working with clay began as a way to improve hand dexterity and gradually became a meaningful creative practice. Pottery offers Troy satisfaction through transformation, turning a simple lump of clay into something useful and expressive. Creating bird feeders and sculptural forms allows joy, play, and function to come together. Art of Possibilities represents an annual gathering that celebrates creative diversity, where photography, painting, and ceramics stand side by side. For Troy, the show is as much about seeing what others create as it is about sharing personal work. Each piece reflects persistence, growth, and the quiet pride of making something tangible with care.
