Dr. James George
Dr. James George is an abstract painter whose creative journey began unexpectedly during recovery from a severe brain and spinal cord injury. Introduced to art therapy as part of rehabilitation, painting quickly revealed itself as a powerful form of communication beyond words. Working with bold colors, textures, and dynamic composition, the artwork reflects emotional energy, healing, and connection. Living with incomplete quadriplegia and limited mobility, art allows engagement of mind, body, and spirit in a unified process. The studio becomes a place of experimentation, exploration, and meaning-making. Creating art is grounded in a belief that creativity has the ability to heal, restore, and transcend circumstance. Each piece is offered as an invitation for others to find resonance within color and movement.
