Nancy Wood is a classically trained artist who now explores natural landscapes through photography and digital painting. Living with severe hearing loss shaped Nancy’s professional and creative path, prompting adaptations that ultimately expanded how and where she could teach and create. Today, digital media offers a flexible and expressive way to continue developing work rooted in observation and reflection. Nancy is deeply interested in nature’s restorative power, and her imagery invites viewers into serene, contemplative spaces. Through softened forms and luminous color, her work offers a visual pause, creating moments of calm and connection that encourage reflection and renewal amid the demands of daily life.
