I've been engaged in the act of creating art throughout my entire life, through various forms such as cooking, sewing, gardening, and painting. My experience spans across mediums like watercolor, acrylic, and a bit of oil painting. Recently, I ventured into a two-hour class on alcohol ink and found myself completely captivated. The unpredictability and surprises offered by the interplay of ink and watercolor are both thrilling and immensely satisfying. Painting has become a peaceful refuge, allowing me to immerse myself for hours, providing a respite from the constant need to move due to fibromyalgia and the breathing difficulties associated with Long Covid when I'm active. Engaging in art keeps me comfortable and content, proving itself to be a truly wonderful hobby.
