Josh Selvig is a multimedia artist who creates work from a studio environment that supports daily creativity and exploration. Drawn to variety, Josh enjoys working across many forms, including comics, pottery, and illustration, allowing ideas to move freely between materials. Subject matter ranges widely, from animals and natural scenes to portraits and playful cartoon imagery, reflecting a curious and imaginative approach to storytelling. Interests outside the studio often weave their way into the work as well. Josh enjoys video games, the horror genre, corgis, and traveling to Florida, all of which influence visual themes and characters. Creating art offers a way to combine these passions into tangible form, building worlds that feel personal and expressive. Josh’s work invites viewers to share in a sense of fun, curiosity, and openness, celebrating creativity as both exploration and enjoyment.
