Art has always been a part of my life. My art is inspired by nature, and I enjoy creating and channeling energy into each piece so it is thought provoking and interesting. Disability didn't change my goals or the content of my art; however, having fibromyalgia, syringomyelia, and other chronic pain illnesses has changed how much I dedicate myself to my art. The pain of everyday life can be excruciating, but the pain has inspired me to explore more mediums and ways of creating. Art and pain have been my constants.
