About the Artist

Bill Felker

I have coped with the limitations of Spina Bifida throughout my lifetime. Creativity has been the inspiration and drive that channels the energy of my spirit. For six decades, I have created art in various forms, including drawing, painting, mixed media, performance art, and film and video making.
