I was beading intricate jewelry in elementary school and sewing since age 6. When my job went out of the country, I foc went back to school to learn the fine art of metalsmithing.I love to carve wax as it is a creative outlet for designs I can see in my mind. My inspiration comes from nature, buildings & designs on fabric as well as Celtic, nature & planetary symbols. I usually start with a design in my mind’s eye and find the perfect stone (mostly natural stones) to pair with that. Either I will carve wax or fabricate in Argentium Silver or gold. My disability happened in 2015 when 2 large cysts growing in facet joint of S2 area as well as arthritis in my left shoulder that radiates up my neck.
