About the Artist

Viktoria Dimitrova

I'm Viktoria Dimitrova from Sofia, Bulgaria, a 28-year-old artist who has been recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder, which has made holding down a job challenging. Drawing since childhood, I studied Illustration at the National School of Fine Arts "Ilia Petrov" and Set and Costume Design at the National Academy of Arts. My artwork, which includes a personal style of faces and geometry in bright colors, spans traditional and digital mediums, sometimes blending them in mixed media. Despite my diagnosis, I've hosted a solo exhibition and participated in three others, finding inspiration in the external world, my emotions, and the work of other artists.
