About the Artist
Laura Kontinakis
Laura's love for photography began with she was given a camera from a friend. She spends a lot of healing time at the Minnesota Arboretum, a place where she also finds her favorite subject: nature. She loves nature because she finds it to be very forgiving and safe. Laura has survived two major automobile accidents from which she experienced traumatic brain injuries. Her inspiration for Eyes on Me is Psalm 32:8: "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you."
