About the Artist

Glenn Wm Wymore

I am an artist and visual poet who works to capture moments of awe that would otherwise be lost to time. I was inspired by my great-uncle, who took stunning nature photos. At the encouragement of fellow artists and photographers, I began to apply for calls for art in 2017. I have exhibited with several galleries, including FilmNorth, Minneapolis Photo Center, and Columbus State University, and was accepted into the Minnesota State Fair Fine Arts competition.

Life is so hurried that we miss the everyday visual miracles that we are given. I find that doing this through nature photography has the greatest impact. Sharing the detail of water drops on a leaf or displaying a frozen moment of the power of a waterfall, I achieve my goal of seizing the fleeting beauty of life which is everywhere.
