About the Artist
Laura Kontinakis
Laura's love for photography began when she was given a camera from a friend. She spends a lot of healing time at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. It is a place where she finds her favorite subject: Nature. Laura loves nature because she finds it to be very forgiving and safe. She has survived two major automobile accidents from which she has experienced traumatic brain injuries. Laura says, "I love how photography is always changing. It's exciting!"
