About the Artist
I like creating art. I have bipolar disorder and PTSD, and art helps change my mood from negative to more positive. It also reduces my anxiety. Recently I have been trying some new techniques. It is fun to play a bit more with art and enjoy what I am doing. I use a sponge to steady my hand when painting small items as my hand shakes at times. I draw my inspiration from nature and all its many colors and shapes. I find creating art helps me connect to positive energy and gives me life. It also helps me deal with difficult issues and brings hope for more positive outcomes. Art gives me new life.
