I primarily work in acrylics and mixed media. When I finish a piece I’m still surprised at what turns out. I love the different multi-media effects I can get with my pieces as well as my paintings. I want people to notice the details in my pieces. I want others to know that everyone can do art, and that there is no such thing as a mistake—only a happy opportunity. Also that you can make art out of anything, everything is art! I surprise myself daily; it is easier to do some of the things that were once so difficult. I find art relaxing and it puts me in my happy place.
