About the Artist
Cecile Bellamy
I was raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. I didn’t take an interest in art until the age of eleven. From that point I took a strong interest in drawing, then soon into acrylic painting. I took a college level drawing course while still in high school. I then continued my education at the University of Minnesota where I excelled in different fine arts courses. I then attended the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 1994. I then graduated in 1997 from MCAD. I have exhibited locally for over twelve years. Currently I am a member of Avivo ArtWorks and enjoy being a part of this artistic community.
