About the Artist

Glenn Wm Wymore

I am an artist and visual poet who works to capture moments of awe that would otherwise be lost to time. I also create unique and personal art through painting and mixed media as well as other mediums. At the encouragement of fellow artists and photographers, I began to apply for calls for art in 2017. I have exhibited with several galleries, including FilmNorth, Minneapolis Photo Center, and Columbus State University. Life is so hurried we miss the everyday visual miracles that we are given. I find doing this through nature photography has the greatest impact. Sharing the detail of water drops on a leaf or displaying a frozen moment of the power of a waterfall, I achieve my goal of seizing the fleeting beauty of life which is everywhere. With my painting and mixed media, I find a therapeutic venue to express my feelings that are difficult to put into words.
