I'm passionate about the art-making process, embracing the journey of creation so much that I don't shy away from painting over unfinished works to begin anew. This approach teaches me self-trust and acceptance of the outcomes. Art became a crucial coping mechanism for me after experiencing a traumatic injury and amputation, proving to be an invaluable support during the isolating times of Covid in 2020 and 2021. I hold a firm belief in the significance of creating and experiencing art for our overall wellbeing.
