Richard (Dick) Crumb grew up on a "Century Farm" in southern Minnesota, encountered life-altering changes over fifty years ago due to a severe car accident that led him to navigate life in a wheelchair. From his early interests sparked in college to his retirement years, Dick has deeply invested in photography, a passion spanning decades. His love for travel complements his photography, allowing him to capture the splendor of God's creations through his camera lens. Dick's rustic roots often shine through in the pastoral scenes he photographs, offering a glimpse into his background. His unique perspective, shaped by his disability, focuses on the liberating aspects of nature, contrasting with the physical constraints he faces daily. This viewpoint enriches his photographic work, highlighting not just the beauty of the landscapes but also the resilience and adaptability of the human spirit.
