I felt inspired by the works of Mondrian's Geometric art. Hence, I decided to paint in a similar fashion, using of course the three primary colors.
About the Artist
George Cassallo
I have had health challenges ever since I was young. I worked for 20 years until my health conditions made it challenging. I was encouraged to concentrate on my skill as an artist. I first took classes at The Arts Students League. I followed that by attending a Borough of Manhattan Community College. With a 3.57 GPA, I applied for a transfer and was accepted to The Fashion Institute of Technology. I first majored in Illustration and after two years, I switched to Fine Arts. I'm one year away from attaining a BFA with a minor in Art History.
