Carol Johnson
In 1999 both my husband and I won first place in Sister Kenny Institute's International Art Show. Since his passing last year, I have tried to learn more about his medium, acrylic painting. I have watched over 100 inspiring art tutorial videos on You Tube. The golden eagle is my first painting since breaking my wrist in 2017. My biggest concern at the time was maybe I could no longer paint. Thankfully I still can paint. I find it "Uplifting".
