Laura Swan
I am a folk artist, and I love experimenting with different types of mediums although my favorite is oil painting. I am inspired by my rescues - two dogs and a cat, nature, and my vivid imagination. Painting is like story telling, and I try to capture these stories on canvas. Painting has been therapeutic to my health. I aspire to show comfort, hope, peace, and nostalgia through my work, so that it brings healing and light into the viewers home.
