Maria Davis
I love doing art because it is therapeutic and I get to express myself. My favorite mediums are acrylic, watercolor, and mixed media. Art is very fulfilling for me. I live with PTSD, Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, and Dysthymia. Art helps me stay in the moment. Art also gives me a sense of accomplishment, and I hope I can help others through my art. Even though I still have daily challenges I can be proud because I have a come a long way in my recovery.
