Living with hand tremors, chronic migraines, and neurodivergence, Stephanie has adapted techniques and tools to achieve fine detail, embracing patience and persistence. Art began as a way to rebuild confidence and control, gradually becoming a deeply affirming practice. Creating encourages slow looking and appreciation of overlooked forms in nature. Stephanie’s work reflects care, concentration, and respect for organic complexity. By sharing adapted processes and finished work, Stephanie hopes to encourage others to continue creating and discovering beauty through change and challenge.
