Barbara Page
Barbara Page is a watercolor, pen, and ink artist whose creative journey began on a dairy farm in northern Wisconsin, drawing patterns found in everyday life. After a serious car accident caused traumatic brain and spinal injuries, art became a way to navigate clouded thinking, tremors, and physical change. Inspired by Art Nouveau artist Alphonse Mucha, Barbara focuses on nature, florals, and human figures, using pointillism and fluid mark‑making to express emotion. Creating offers grounding and clarity, allowing experience to transform into beauty. Art remains a way to connect with others and share perspective. Barbara’s work reflects perseverance and gratitude, shaped by both hardship and discovery.
