I am a mixed media artist that has been strongly been influenced by 60s culture. I enjoy graphic design that moves me emotionally and that makes me intellectually entertained. My art shows how different concepts or textures and conditions resonate with one another. I like to include something unexpected through incorporating 3D qualities. I go by KAtA because it not only returns to the depression and challenges I have but also in a positive way where I want it to go. In Greek it is a suffix that intensifies any verb. I like to throw down, rise up, and to heal.
