About the Artist
Cecile Bellamy
I was raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, and didn?t develop an interest in art until the age of eleven. From that point, I became deeply passionate about drawing, which eventually led me to acrylic painting. I took a college-level drawing course while still in high school, then continued my education at the University of Minnesota, where I excelled in various fine arts courses. In 1994, I attended the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD), graduating in 1997. I have exhibited my work locally for over twelve years and am currently a member of an artist group, where I enjoy being an active part of this artistic community.
