Her education includes studies at the University of Minnesota and the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and she has been exhibiting her work locally for over fifteen years. Cecile’s art often explores faces, identity, and emotional presence, inviting viewers to consider both individuality and shared humanity. Creating art has offered Cecile continuity and purpose, providing a steady path forward through changing circumstances. Through her participation in Art of Possibilities, Cecile continues to share her voice and vision, reminding us that creativity can thrive when given time, support, and space.
