About the Artist

Kristin Kuehl

Kristin Kuehl could be considered a Jill-of-all-Trades. She’s done everything from mopping to managing, and fighting fraud to coaching kids. She's worked in the wilderness, class rooms, a call center, a stained glass studio, an athletic club, and in discus rings around the world. After all that excitement, she got a degree in Physical Therapy and has been guiding people through their orthopedic rehab for the last 15 years… minus several months off to focus on her own recovery from a head injury. There is still a limited supply of brain energy that Kris may spend each day, so she's continually making choices & modifications to strike the best balance she can between work, responsibilities, and enjoying life vs. symptoms and futility. Through it all Kris has always created art and has been most interested lately in wood or linoleum block printing and collage. Regardless of the medium, there's a high probability that her work will include some type of hidden puzzle, message or humor.
