My name is Debbie Antonson. I am 59 years old and live at Andrews Residence in Minneapolis, MN. I go to Courage Kenny for CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) group, pool, and counseling with Alia. I like art because it helps me with my mind. Diamond painting helps me with my anxiety, shaking and stress. It also helps with my concentration and focus. My mom inspires me. She always painted and I started doing it with her. She passed away March 2020 and she still inspires me. She was a very good artist. It reminds me of her.
