Jenna Fox is an abstract painter who finds freedom in letting go of control. Working primarily with paint pouring techniques, Jenna embraces unpredictability, allowing color and motion to guide the outcome. Living on the autism spectrum, abstract art offers relief from perfectionism and rigid expectations, creating space where there is no single “right” way for a piece to look. Each work reflects experimentation and trust in process rather than outcome. Creating art brings satisfaction and confidence, turning movement and color into exploration rather than constraint.
